How does it work? All our classes — live and on-demand — are available through our training platform. When you sign up, you get a login that lets you book into live workouts or choose from a growing library of on-demand sessions. Personal Training and your personalised plan are discussed in advance during a personal conversation with Irène, so we can tailor everything exactly to you.

1. How long is the commitment for your online training?
It’s a 2-month commitment.
I like to keep it long enough for real results, but short enough that it fits into any lifestyle.
2. Do you offer personal training online?
Yes, absolutely.
PT with me works beautifully online — flexible, effective, and fully tailored to you.
With that vision, I stepped away from a secure job and opened my own gym in Cape Town. Three years later—growing from zero clients to fully booked classes filled with vibrant, committed people—I knew it was time to turn the page and begin my next chapter.
3. Is your group training in person or online?
All group training sessions are online.
That way everyone can join, no matter where you live or how busy your schedule is.
4. What do I need for your online sessions?
Just a mat, a bit of space, and your commitment.
I’ll guide you through everything else, simple, clear, and always doable.
5. What are the on-demand videos for?
They’re perfect if you want flexibility.
As a community member, you get access to a growing library of videos you can use anytime you need a quick sweat, a reset, or a boost.
6. How often do you release new merch?
Merch comes in limited editions always special drops.
Except for the “ME” hoodie… because honestly, we all need more ME-time in our lives.
7. Can beginners join your training programs?
Yes! Always.
My programs are designed so you can start at your level and grow stronger week by week.
8. What makes your online training different?
You get structure, accountability, and real support from me not just a workout plan.
