About Irène Kaymer
How Sports became my life
I grew up in Wiesbaden, a cosy corner of South-West Germany. From my first steps to ballet, volleyball, and track and field, movement has always been my foundation. Sport kept me grounded, made me strong — physically and mentally — and became my safe space. It connected me with inspiring people around the world and shaped who I am today. Sport has always been my constant.
South africa stepping out of my comfort zone
After my studies and several years in corporate roles across different cities, I moved to South Africa and chose to follow my inner voice. I stepped away from security to create a space where people feel supported, challenged, and empowered to grow stronger and healthier. Opening my own gym in Cape Town was a leap of faith — and within three years, it grew from zero clients to fully booked classes and a thriving community.
Berlin an ever evolving city
I moved back to Germany, making Berlin my new home base — a city that evolves, moves, and mirrors my own drive to grow and elevate lives. Here, I worked as a fitness instructor and project manager for a sports brand, developing sustainable and future-focused fitness concepts.
Peloton - together we go far
As the first German-speaking instructor at Peloton, I helped introduce at-home fitness to the German, Austrian, and Swiss markets. Stepping onto a platform watched by millions was a dream opportunity. Working with a full production team sharpened my programming skills and deepened my understanding of diverse audiences. Being part of bringing this global brand to my home country is something I remain deeply proud of.
Family First
I had always hustled, always worked — until moments of doubt made me question what truly matters. In the stillness between Peloton and the pandemic, I met my now husband and the father of our son, Sam. Life gently shifted my priorities and reminded me that timing is everything. The universe has its own way of showing us what counts most.

What I learned along the way
Consistency matters more than perfection.
Training doesn’t need to be extreme — it needs to be something you can actually stick to.
HEART COLLECTIVE
is the result of everything I’ve learned over the years.
A platform designed to help you move better, stay consistent and feel stronger — in a way that fits your life.
Built on the idea that training should support you, not control you, Heart Collective brings together structure, flexibility and guidance in one place.
Because in the end, it’s not about doing more —
it’s about building something that lasts.
