It’s a 2-month commitment.
I like to keep it long enough for real results, but short enough that it fits into any lifestyle.

Yes, absolutely.
PT with me works beautifully online — flexible, effective, and fully tailored to you.
With that vision, I stepped away from a secure job and opened my own gym in Cape Town. Three years later—growing from zero clients to fully booked classes filled with vibrant, committed people—I knew it was time to turn the page and begin my next chapter.
3. Is your group training in person or online?
All group training sessions are online.
That way everyone can join, no matter where you live or how busy your schedule is.
4. What do I need for your online sessions?
Just a mat, a bit of space, and your commitment.
I’ll guide you through everything else, simple, clear, and always doable.
5. What are the on-demand videos for?
They’re perfect if you want flexibility.

6. How often do you release new merch?
